It also appears that non-DL events in a DL meet are treated as A. That's what happened with the M800m at the recent Stockholm DL.

That is also how it was in the past when we used this system.

<<Other Regional Games and Championships (Balkan Games, Pan-Arab Games, Mediterranean Games, CAC Games, CISM World Games)
College Outdoor Championships (NCAA Div. I Outdoor Championships)>>

I realize that USAnians will have some bias, but does anybody who knows anything about the sport really think that the NCAA (see last week under shit conditions) is equal to those other group-gropes that are listed in the same category?

Of course not. The only rationale might be the limitations on who is eligible (that it is sort of equivalent to an U23 champs, and that Non-English speakers etc are unlikely to be eligible). You have selectively chose to ignore that it is being treated equivalently to the World Juniors.

Karlstad is deemed a "Classic Meeting" by the Euro Aths folks, which appears to be the second tier (behind "Premium" which is a category that only includes two meetings: Lucerne and Rovereto. There are 18 Classics: http://www.european-athletics.org/mm...18_English.pdf).

So maybe it is "Area Permit Meetings - second tier", so C.

Fellow "Classic" Montreuil scored a C (as seen in Mondo Duplantis' top 5).
