    All-comers, yes. US on US soil? No. He still technically represents Antigua according to the IAAF.

    There is no official list for American bests on American soil. Even USATF only keep an all comers list. And the IAAF certainly has no interest.

    The man was born in the Bronx. He is an American and has made his choice of allegiance clear well ahead of the performance at issue. Enough for me; differing viewpoints respected.

    I think USATF {and T&FN} should keep a list and have a classification for US Citizens Bests that occured in the USA.
