    And Eliza quite close on attempts 1 and 3 at 4.83. Not bad for her first competition since August - and a shorter run up apparently.

    Oops. Sorry. I thought he was saying that a guy named Cameron set a French National record. If I had thought about it for a moment (and if I had had my morning coffee before I posted my comment), I would have realized that the French record is faster than that.

    Very funny. I wonder if Johnny Dutch was ever mistakenly credited with the NR for the Netherlands.

    I think the only confusion would occur if Dutch broke his own country's NR. That doesn't seem likely to happen.

    Ollie Hoare (WI) just ran the men’s 3000 meters in 7:54.91; which was #2 in the world, I think.
