All-Time Indoor List (maybe incomplete, based on a never-finished research project from a few years back. I'm beginning to think that "completed track research project" is an oxymoron.) Amendments welcome!

PROVEN: Going down to your local track and running a four minute mile is harder than you think

A lot of work figuring out and marking the different exchange zones for each leg. I wonder what split points were used for that timer hub printout. I doubt they are actual 220 yard splits.

Almost certainly finish line splits, meaning the first one was c. 237.3m, and the rest 200m.

Based on the posted splits being taken at the finish line, I came up with the following adjusted splits:4:05.03, 3:59.89, 4:08.58, and 3:59.31.
