Once again, it appears that there will be no display board on the arena floor for the SP (women's tonight).

Shame on official timer Seiko. This omission makes it very difficult to follow the event

There is a single reader board for the SP on the top row of the bleachers in the turn near the SP ring. But it is impossible to see that sign from anywhere on the backstretch, which is where the vast majority of paying spectators are sitting.

They aren't even using the Seiko triangular board that is at the end of the shot put, nearer the HJ. You'd think that could also be used for shot put, at least until HJ starts...

That mHJ board is vitally needed for showing the event logo for 37 minutes.

On a related note, the official event clothing that is for sale at Pioneer Courthouse Square is all so ugly...

Craddock has a hammy with kinesio tape on it... he was grabbing it a bit after his first jump, and reportedly getting some treatment after that jump. Jump 2... I wouldn't say he was limping, but he was walking very gingerly... like a guy trying not to limp...

Craddock improves on his 5th jump, but it isn't enough to crack top 4 and he will not get a final jump thanks to the new format.
