It is true there is has been an increase in both disposal quantity and fracking pressure.
Still, there are quakes not near fracking and frac areas which have experincd no quakes.

New, minor faults that may be the source of recent earthquakes are constantly being discovered but these faults have long been exposed to fracking and disposal.

We do know that producing wells some distance (mile) from wells being fracked are affected and are sometimes shut down during the operation.

    Conclusion. None. I don't know.

Disposal of (high pressure) water into the underground, has long been known to trigger earthquakes nearby. As an example, see Press and Siever's book on Physical Geology from the 1980s. (Frank Press is a seismologist, and one time President of the NAS). Beyond the fringe of earth scientists who support "creationism", I know of no responsible academic who does not believe what is being discussed herein.

In OK again today. They're becoming routine. Time to stop the injections altogether?

It is complicated, confusing and uncertain and incomplete.
Some injections into the Arbuckle are under pressure. There is statistical indication that these may be more relevant to local earthquakes.
Some, as at our northern Oklahoma high volume skimming project, which started before the recent rash of earthquakes, are into a vacuum where we have had no problem although it is a classically faulted anticline that you would expect to be most vulnerable.
The people and the government of oil producing states have been so adversely affected by the oil price crash that it would be impractical to stop production all together. The projects that are marginally profitable at current oil prices are those that require fracking and disposal of salt water.
Earth is constantly adjusting her mantle here and there with minor earthquakes to relieve the pressure and delay/avoid monster quakes. The plethora of Oklahoma quakes in recent years may well be just that, part of a million year plan and unrelated to drilling/fracking/disposal activity.

Cmon lonewolf, you and I are on the same side of most environmental discussions that arise here, but even the most grizzled oil & gas man knows whats going on out there.
There are no strings on me

I am grizzled enough to recognize the alternative. There are just too many contradictions for a blanket guilty verdict.
