    60m was never a WR distance, and no WIRs were ratified until the 1980s.

    Five world record holders at recognized events, even if not the same event under competition, can't happen too often in the distances, so I think the 1972 Stockholm two mile with Viren, Puttemans, Garderud, Quax and Bedford is worth a mention in this context.
