Did anyone notice they got the TAF Records marks wrong on the show tonight? 19-7 for the PV, whenWR is 1 CM over 20-2 1/2. said 19.30 for Bolt's 200, listed Seberle's decathlon mark not Eaton;s. Wth? Maybe it was measurements, not records?

I saw this; was initially confused because the category was stated as "t&f records" & I assumed "WRs", but I realized after the fact that they were OG records, e.g., Sebrle, Ngeny (3:32.07), Bolt (19.30).

I can't recall all the records that were used as clues, but -- not surprising -- the contestants did not do well with this category at all. They avoided it until all but one of the other categories were finished, and then only got maybe 2 of the clues correct. One contestant knew the marks given for the the deca and SP were in fact for those events. For Bolt's 19.30, one contestant guessed "100m", and another guessed "400m." No one knew what event the 19-7 mark represented; same for the 3:32.07. I think maybe someone did guess "mile" for the latter mark.

I thought the category was Olympic track and field records.

Should "mile" get credit for the metric mile?

Did they give the answers in metric, imperial, or both?

They gave the answers only in feet and inches.

Someone did give "mile" as the answer and she did not get credit for it. Nor should she have.

hmm...i suppose mile is not quite correct enough. Though given "mile" for the answer instead of 1500, would it be acceptable for Mr. Trebek to to prompt with something like "be more specific".

I watch Jeopardy ! virtually every single night, but missed this show... and I am glad I did ! I would have cried listening to their ignorance in the easiest category in the show's history.
