I am abashed to admit to watching, and enjoying "Dirty John,"based on a podcast about a true story. Truth is weirder than fiction. Am about to attempt, once again, "Killing Eve" which we dumped half an hour into, but which has been on lots of Best lists.

we started it, but my wife found the accents too thick to wade through, so we stopped after 20 minutes of the first one. I'll def. dip back in if I can ever get access to the remote :-)

Always been an Olyphant fan so not sure why it's taken me this long. Ian Mcshane is fabulous, and William Sanderson is...William Sanderson lol

Put in 10 hours yesterday. Season 3 yet to go.

    Cobra Kai

A Youtube Premium show catching up with Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence 30+ years after their fateful All Valley Karate Championship. It's surprisingly very good.

The rule in our house is: Wife gets to watch whatever she wants until 6 p.m. Then Husband takes over. Of course we're talking about streaming or taped shows. I dutifully tape all her faves (Madame Secretary,Chicago Fire, New Amsterdam...Thank God she tired of Grey's Anatomy..is that still on?) On the other hand I had to watch "Better Call Saul" when she's out.

all 4 seasons of Line Of Duty are now available on Acorn. What a fabulous series. Combine that with Bodyguard and Jed Mercurio has to be one hot property.

If there's such a thing as RE-binge-watching, then that's whatt I'm doing with "Grace and Frankie"~

Am well into the 2nd season (again!).
Netflix has just added the 4th season--which I haven't seen yet---so I'm starting from Season 1, Episode 1 to catch up!!

Here's a brief outline of the show for those unfamiliar.

    HUGE name stars--
Jane Fonda, Martin Sheen, Sam Waterston, and Lily Tomlin, plus a great cast of supporting characters!!

    Basic plot--
    Two couples (Sheen & Fonda--Waterston & Tomlin--play couples married 40 years,all in their early 70's!
But at a restaurant dinnerr, the men reveal they've been in love with each other for 20 of those 40 years, and are leaving their wives to get married to each other!!

It's a comedy, with some dramatic elements.
(Waterston & Tomlin adopted two kids--a black man and a drug addict.
Sheen and Fonda had 2 daughters--one a homemaker, the other a woman who "sleeps around".

The episodes are less than a half hour each, but all pack a wallop.

If you like the actors, you'll LOVE this show!!

Aside from the gay husbands, Fonda's "Grace" is elegant, regal, almost prudish, but a good businesswoman.

Tomlin's "Frankie" is an old hippie---the communal type--into healthy living, etc etc.

And all of them are a HOOT!!

    Highly recommended!!
