    Tracy Sundlun tried quiet talks for months. Now he's given up. He made public his separation agreement and letters saying he's owed more than $160,000. CGI even failed to ship back all his personal office items.

    Tracy filed suit this month against CGI. He wants $146,000 in promised severance and thousands of dollars in other unpaid benefits. Plus punitive damages.
