    I had a friend who was one of thousands who apparently showed up at the line, not knowing that was
    the case..... He ran 8M back to his house!

    70s and 80s here. The weatherman threatened a Polar Vortexian 59 degrees this week but has since come to his senses and decided mid-60s was cold enough. We're in that good spell with no AC and no heat, and the windows get thrown open for some nice air-flow through the house!

    Well, duh. That kind of change just makes no sense from the get-go. I would believe something along the magnitude of 0.6%, but 60% does sound like an obvious outright error.
