Ah, i didn't understand the logic, still don't. What is the difference between regular, bold, underlined and bold underlined events? It does say...

Start lists are up where? I see some links here, but half of the events are missing: https://www.nbindoorgrandprix.com/events-results/

Hi. I was re reading the w4x4 splits from London 2017. It made me think, I wish Germany would take more risks with its selection for the final.
Spelmeyer was 6th at the exchange; Mueller took them to 4th but Gonska dropped to 6th. though Mergenthaler was 7th fastest on leg 4, she would have been 3rd fastest on 3rd leg and kept GER in 4th. Then...the risk...shove someone like Luckenkemper or Mayer on leg 4! I know they probably wouldn't be up for it, but just look what Knoll did in 95 on leg 2. Andrea Thomas also regularly ran 400 legs. Time to put a 200 girl on a leg!
  2. Part 2:
Unless she improves significantly, she might not even make the relay for Berlin. Too much talent coming up they all want to be part of the relay for Berlin. Sina Mayer joined the army, so she basically turned pro. Keshia Kwadwo also mentioned the relay is one of her goals for next year, even though she will still be a junior. And then there is Jennifer Montag who with only a few months of healthy training improved by more half a second to 11.29. Who knows what she can do if she gets through a winter healthy. Unless Burghardt goes sub 11.2 she'll have a hard time, but i really have no clue what to expect from this coaching change.
  3. My first question was, why is everybody leaving Valerij Bauer? Kambundji, Kwadwo and now Burghardt all left him within the last few weeks. I know nothing about Unfried, but there aren't any fast Austrians and that alone makes him a strange choice. He coached Beate Schrott and she didn't improve at all under him. Talay kept her level but also didn't improve. Dadic did, but she has a team of coaches, not just him. Maybe Burghardt moved back home and was simply looking for a coach close to home, she is originally from the south of Bavaria, close to Austria...(system only allows 1000 characters, so part 2 coming up)

So I've just read that Burghardt is moving to a new training group, under Philip Unfried.
I'm not sure what I think about that. My knowledge on him is fairly limited, but I know he coaches Ivona Dadic and has taken her to good things. I've also seen him trading Talay on Instagram. But.. and maybe this is unfair of me, but I've always been suspicious of Dadic and Talay separately, and it's only today I saw that Unfried has coached them both.
What are your thoughts? Do you know much about him? On a purely training level, Burghardt has been stuck at 11.3-11.4 for a while now and this change may help. And Unfried has made Dadic a medal winner at EUROPEAN level.
    What do you think?
