TOUR DETAILS

Tour dates are---Arrive June 26, Depart July 7, 2008. The Trials will be conducted on a 4 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on basis (over 10 days), with the rest days on July 1 and 2.

Tour housing will mostly be in Cottage Grove, 20 miles from Eugene, and we'll bus to/from the stadium daily. We also have some walking distance accomodation (motels, apartments) in Eugene.

Our seats in the stadium will be in a block in the east (covered) grandstand, on the backstretch opposite the finish line.

Track & Field News Tours will schedule a gala tour luncheon or dinner during the Trials affording tour members the opportunity to meet selected athletes and coaches.

TOUR PRICE

At this point, the projected tour pricing ranges from $1495 (student apartments) to $2635 (luxury suite). These prices are double occupancy and do not include air transportation to/from Eugene. Tour price includes prime tickets to all sessions of the Trials, 11 nights lodging, gala party with invited athletes, daily newsletter during the Trials prepared by the T&FN editorial staff, busing to/from the stadium for those staying in Cottage Grove, tour accessories and literature, and the on-site leadership of the world's most successful track tour organization.
