Next week at home vs Carolina....win!
at St.Louis...win!
at Tampa Bay...win!
New England.....at night in NO...win!
at Washington....win!
at Atlanta.....ok, this is where it should happen. Back to back on the road vs a quality opponet who has revenge on their mind.
Dallas at home at night....win!
Tampa Bay...win!
at Carolina....by now they might have everything wrapped up so it's a meaningless game as far as NO is concerned. Could lose this one.

Nope. Brady & Co. will be in full play-off speed and use their underdog status to steal the win. Handshake bet, Brutexante!

I never make bets this far in advance. What if Brees or Brady are injured by then? If both teams are healthy by then we'll talk Cool The Saints will be favored.

Good point. Saints at home should give them at least a 5-point spread!

Keep in mind the spread is geared towards splitting the action. The odds maker knows the respect that the Pats get. I see a 3. That's if both continue to play as they have.

Another good point. I'd still take the 3. Would you?

My favorite "who dat beat dem Saints" story is from their first playoff game ever, in New Orleans playing the Minnesota Vikings (my favorite team). Minnesota took the opening kick off, fumbled away the ball on their first or second play, and the Saints scored a TD a couple of plays after that. At this point the crowd is beyond frenzy condition. Things didn't go well for them the rest of the way. Minnesota completed a hail mary pass as the first half ended to take a 31-10 lead. Needless to say, the crowd was very quiet by this point.

Here's the box score to see how thoroughly the Saints were crushed that day.

Ahhh, fond memories.

Maybe...

The Saints!

All teams have to remember the lesson of the Denver Broncos: Play great, wrap up the division title and home field early, get a first-round bye, rest up in December, and then...lose the first playoff game because you were "rusty."

This scum is set to be executed for raping five children and leaving one of them to die.

I think that region of the world could use some football, baseball, basketball, rock concerts, Disneyland etc etc etc. Way too uptight. (talking in general)
