U.S. Women's Rankings did not begin until 1976 ('85 in the triple jump, '86 in the walk, '94 in the pole vault and hammer).

You will also find reduced listings for the years 1956-75. Athletes listed there represent Americans who made the World Rankings and have simply been pulled across in the same order.
